It is understood that in December 2013, Li Jinsheng signed up for the national unified college entrance examination in 2014. On the work schedule of the examination center, the arrangements for organizing blind candidates to take part in the college entrance examination are recorded densely. First, closely communicate with the China Disabled Persons’ Federation, special education departments and schools for the blind, and study and formulate scientific, standardized and feasible implementation plans and operation methods on the basis of understanding the teaching, learning and examination of the blind; Second, work closely with the education and teaching departments for the blind to determine the curriculum standards, examination scope, proposition principles and requirements of the college entrance examination for the blind; The third is to hire blind education experts and blind teachers who have been engaged in teaching for a long time to participate in the college entrance examination proposition work; Fourth, according to the special physiological characteristics of blind candidates, the examination operation methods for blind candidates to participate in the 2014 national college entrance examination are specially formulated; Fifth, it provides many conveniences for the blind to take the exam, such as arranging the examination room separately, specially equipped with "Answers" to answer questions about the printing of Braille test papers, assisting blind candidates to enter and leave the examination room, and providing stationery for the blind.

According to reports, it is by no means a simple subtraction to make a Braille paper for the blind. Taking the Chinese subject as an example, on the basis of the college entrance examination questions of the discerning candidates, under the guidance of subject experts who are familiar with the characteristics of the blind, necessary adjustments have been made to topics such as charts and graphs that require the visual system to work. At the same time, the amount of touch reading is moderately reduced, the proportion of subjective questions based on writing is adjusted, and the examination time is appropriately extended.

"All the details should be adapted to the actual needs of blind candidates." Jiang Gang said: "This is not only concerned about this candidate, but also for more disabled candidates to enter the national college entrance examination in the future and enjoy more equal educational rights."

It is reported that China’s higher education has always adopted the mode of single recruitment and single examination for the disabled, and there are three colleges and universities in China that specialize in enrolling students for the disabled. At present, there is no uniform standard for disabled people to take exams in the world.
