Even if he turned back many pages, he could hardly find the relevant web pages, which were basically links to relevant news of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

　　The reporter searched for "rebranding software" on the post bar and found that someone posted a post to promote rebranding software. The reporter then added the seller’s WeChat to talk to the seller. The seller claims that the buyer needs to pay the account opening fee in 340 yuan to activate as an advanced user. Advanced users can use the rebranding software to carry out activities such as salesman signing in and reporting for duty in different places, amusing friends, blessing confession, hiding personal privacy, social engineering test, entertainment network swindlers and so on. The seller told reporters that the usage fee of the rebranding software is 1 minute in 0.4 yuan, providing download channels for Android and Apple. It should be noted that the number change function cannot be used for national government numbers, bank numbers, public service numbers, common enterprise numbers, financial numbers, Xintong area numbers and common customer service numbers.

After the reporter registered, it was found that the average user’s call charge was once in 1 yuan, and he could become a VIP user by recharging the balance of 20 yuan online, so he could make calls for free by using the "change number treasure". At the same time, the reporter’s investigation found that there are many restrictions on the use of the "rebranding treasure" software. For example, the fixed line or dialing the fixed line may be blocked or displayed incorrectly. It may not be available during the rush hour at night. If it is temporarily unavailable or does not call back, please call later. The call can’t be reached or the call is disconnected. Please change the display mode or try changing the called number type or area.

　　Looking through the online advertisements of these "number changers", the reporter found that most of the "product introductions" have similar so-called "exemption clauses" at the end, and the enterprises that develop software are not responsible for their use at all.

　　Through the communication with the merchants, the reporter learned that there are two ways to change the mobile phone number. One is to buy a mobile phone card, and the seller sends the card to the user by mail, and the price is 500 yuan; Another way is to buy the rebranding software, which can be tested first. After the buyer approves and pays, the seller sends the software and the cracking code, and the price ranges from 200 to 300 yuan. 　　It is understood that at present, the national special campaign to crack down on new illegal crimes in telecommunications networks has achieved initial results, and the cases of fraud using rebranding software are generally on the decline. However, it is still necessary to be wary of some rebranding software operators taking face-lifting and secret means to avoid cracking down on governance, leaving rebranding software nowhere to hide. Last year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Further Cleaning up and Rectifying Online Number Changing Software", which requires all basic telecom enterprises and Internet enterprises to take effective measures to resolutely block the online publishing, searching, dissemination and sales channels of the number changing software in websites, search engines, mobile phone application software stores, e-commerce platforms and social platforms, so that the number changing software can’t be sent, seen, searched or downloaded.
